This is a well-balanced red with small amounts of other varieties like Merlot. Spicy, it shows well-integrated oak and tannin within a taut, elegant and lengthy palate of blueberry and black currant.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is bright and punchy, with terrific energy driving a core of red/purplish berry fruit. This mid-weight, vibrant Napa Valley Cabernet is stylish and easy to like. Crushed red berries, rose petal, cinnamon and spice all open in the glass. A year or two in bottle should help some of the firmness in the tannin to soften.
