A potent nose loaded with mineral and graphite components, liquorice, vanilla, fresh rose petal, dark-roast coffee beans, creamy orange (ice cream), and nutmeg. After a few minutes the nose comes full circle and focuses on the minerality again. The mouth is surprisingly gentle, the tannins are fully saturated, the structure is big, tall, and chewy.
